B7 Smoked Salmon

In this class students will make smoked salmon together with crackers, lemon slices, lettuce and butter. There will be enough time to make one whole salmon and one partially sliced, with canapÈs. 


The main focus of this class is about complex caning, the technique used to make salmon fillet and lemon slices. Learning this technique students can use it with many other miniature food projects. 

For all skill levels. 

Students should expect to finish the project during class
